Do you do X City/ Town/ Place?
It's always worth asking us if we do a specific location as we may be able to point you to one of our stockist who may be the exclusive seller of the place. However if we don't then you can certainly commission us to do one, prices start from £100 depending on the level of detail you require. If you are a shop then we have special deals for you so please contact us for more info.
Do you make them yourselves?
Yes we do! Almost all the products that you see are made right in our Kent Studio by us using our lasercutter Bertha, every product goes through our hands. The exception to this is our handmade tea towels which are woven and digitally printed for us in a Mill in Lancashire. Also our printed greetings cards are made for us just down the road by a specialist team and are printed on british made card stock and are FSC approved.
How do your items come packaged?
We take great care in packing every single item so that it will reach you exactly as it should do, in one piece and with no damage. Our greetings cards are now packed naked (without cellophane sleeves) to help protect the environment and now come in a lovely stripey paper bag to protect them.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on what you have ordered and if we have it in stock, if it is in stock then we will try to post it the next day. If it is not in stock and we need to make it for you then it will be posted with 5 days, of course if you need it quicker then please do let us know and we will always do our very best to get it to you.
Are they easy to wrap / post?
Yes they are, the trickier items to wrap all come boxed so you can be sure wrapping will be stress free! Our 3D skyline cards all flat pack down and can be sent easily in the post via large letter.
What payment system do you use?
Our website is hosted by Wix who use Stripe and paypal to process your card details so you can be assured that it safe.
Are your mugs dishwasher safe?
Yes they are! Both our printed mugs and enamel mugs are dishwasher safe, infact our enamel mugs are laser etched so the image will last a lifetime.
